Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Moda Sutra. We are committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and efficiently. Please review the following shipping information before placing your order.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed before 3:00 PM EST are typically processed and shipped the same day.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We currently ship within the United States using USPS Priority Mail.
Estimated Delivery Time:
3–7 business days after shipment.
Shipping Cost:

Free shipping on all orders $49 or more

Orders under $49 will have shipping calculated at checkout
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.
Canada Shipping
We offer free shipping to Canada.
Estimated Delivery Time:
10–15 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.
Shipping is handled via USPS Priority Mail International or an equivalent carrier service.
Customers will receive tracking information once the order has shipped.
India Shipping
We offer shipping to India for a flat rate of $25.
Estimated Delivery Time:
10–15 business days depending on location and customs clearance.
All shipments include tracking information which will be emailed after dispatch.
International Shipping
For countries outside the United States, Canada, and India:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
Estimated Delivery Time:
15–20 business days depending on the destination country and customs processing.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Customers are responsible for paying any applicable customs duties or import taxes required by their country.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Tracking allows you to monitor the status and estimated delivery date of your shipment.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been shipped, the shipment becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier.
If a package is lost or delayed, customers should contact the shipping carrier directly using the provided tracking number.
Moda Sutra can assist by providing shipping documentation if needed.
If shipping insurance is purchased at checkout, we will assist customers in filing a claim with the carrier to either:

Replace the item, or

Issue a refund once the claim is approved.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us:
Customers will be responsible for paying re-shipping fees to resend the package.
Moda Sutra is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
Shipping Insurance
Shipping insurance is optional and available at checkout.
If insurance is selected, it provides protection in case of loss or damage during transit.
Customers who purchase insurance will be eligible for assistance in filing claims and receiving replacement products or refunds if the carrier approves the claim.

While we aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframes, delays may occur due to:
