Return Window

We accept returns on unopened, unused items within 14 days of delivery. Once the seal on a serum or perfume is broken we cannot resell it and, out of respect for every customer, we cannot accept it back.

How to Start a Return

Email orders@modasutra.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll reply within one business day with return instructions. Please ship the item back in its original packaging within 7 days of receiving those instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping. We recommend a tracked service — we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items and cannot refund items lost in return transit. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refund Timing

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. Bank posting can take another 2–7 days depending on your issuer. If more than 10 business days have passed since we confirmed your refund and you don't see it, please contact your bank first — most delays are on the processing side — then email orders@modasutra.com with your order number and transaction date.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will replace the item at our cost — no return shipment required.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refund. Sale items and items marked final sale cannot be refunded.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at checkout and shipped directly to the recipient, we can issue store credit to the recipient upon return. If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund is issued to the original purchaser.

International Orders

International return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Original shipping charges and any duties or taxes paid on import are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable

Opened perfumes and serums, gift cards, sale items marked final sale, and any product without proof of purchase are not eligible for return.
