Order Processing

All orders ship from Miami, Florida. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed before 3:00 PM ET typically ship the same day. Orders placed after that, on weekends, or on US federal holidays are processed on the next business day. Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

Contiguous United States (48 states + Washington, DC)

Complimentary shipping on every order, no minimum. Delivered via USPS, estimated 3–7 business days after shipment.

Alaska, Hawaii & US Territories

Flat rate $19.95 per order, estimated 5–10 business days. Includes Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

International

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is opening to select countries soon; where available, a flat rate of $29.95 per order applies, estimated 7–21 business days. The countries you can ship to are always shown at checkout.

Sales Tax

US sales tax, where applicable, is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. These are not included in the product price or shipping cost, and the customer is responsible for paying any applicable charges on delivery.

Tracking

You'll receive an email with a tracking number the moment your order ships.

Incorrect Shipping Address

If you catch an address error within one hour of ordering, email orders@modasutra.com and we'll do our best to fix it before dispatch. Once a label is printed we cannot change the address. If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, the customer is responsible for re-shipping costs.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package is in the carrier's hands, delivery is the carrier's responsibility. If tracking hasn't updated for 7 business days (US) or 21 business days (international), email orders@modasutra.com with your order number and we'll open a claim with the carrier.

Shipping Delays

Delays may occur due to weather, customs processing, carrier operations, or seasonal demand. Moda Sutra is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs authorities.
